I can get lost on Pinterest for hours on end reading through inspirational quotes.  Here are a few I have found and used for my own inspiration (and Instagram account)

I first saw these words on a piece of tile that was meant to be part of a mosaic mirror.  I fell in love with them pretty much immediately.

Unless you have lived through periods of high anxiety, you have no idea how tough it is to get through them.  There are moments when you feel that you are pretty much losing control of everything normal.  But you survive.
